United Supportive Living is a subsidiary of United Supportive Living, LLC. The LLC is a domestic LLC and was established in September 2020 and is based in Suisun City, owned by its principal investors. The main business office is located at 2480 Hilborn Rd., Suite 103 Fairfield, CA 94534.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission at United Supportive Living is to provide the necessary level of support for individuals who have made a decision to live in their own home. This agency shall encourage individuals with developmental and/or intellectual challenges in order to take control of and be responsible for their life choices.
United Supportive Living shall provide an array of supportive services to our individuals. United Supportive Living shall facilitate making informed choices concerning where and how they shall live. We shall ensure a successful community living options by providing individualized supports based on each individual’s needs.
The Goal
Our goal is to assist and support individuals with developmental and/or intellectual challenges to exercise their civil right to vote in political elections. We believe in assisting them in finding medical care in order to achieve quality health care. Our aim is to assist and promote self-confidence and self-esteem in the individuals that we serve.
